I Love Cars!

I love cars! I mean, I LOVE CARS! All of them. That’s right. Pull up to the door in a Yugo?! Heck yeah! A 1969 F100? Love it. VW Bug? Yup, more love. Cobra, GT40, Caterham…yes, please! I think you get the idea.

What I love even more than the vehicles is the way those cars relate to the people who owned them along the way. Almost every time you start talking about cars with a car person, the conversation shifts to who owned the vehicle before them, and then they invariably tell me a story.

My favorite stories involve legacy cars, cars that remain in the family, how their dad/brother/uncle/mom always wanted one, movies featuring the vehicle, movie stars that drove them, the time they drove it to prom/wedding/first date, the races they saw the cars in, the guy around the corner who has one, or the time you saw one driving down the road in some little town. That is what I want to hear!
